About Universal CV ID

Where this is going.
Universal CV ID is a long-term project, and what you can use today is the first step. We think recruitment can work better for both sides: candidates who can show what they can really do, and employers who can trust what they read and decide fairly, without the guesswork.
We are starting with the candidate side, because that is where people need help most today. Next comes a permanent ID and a profile you control. After that, we want to build for recruiters and employers too, using new tools as they become available, so both sides work from the same trusted information.
We build in the open, test what we make before it goes live, and say plainly what works and what doesn’t yet. Features and plans will change as we learn.
